My name is James and I am the town’s minute pizza man. I own a small pizza place in a small town in Wisconsin, providing our locals with flavorful farm to table ingredients from the local farmer’s market and my family’s small garden. My Dad was born in Italy and moved here sometime in the 70s. On weekends, after a long week at the farm, he recreates my “nonna’s” homemade pizza with sun-dried tomatoes, basil, edible flowers, and cheese from the cellar. Pizza always reminds me of home and family, so when my Papa passed away, I decided to put up a small pizza parlor where families can gather and enjoy a fine handmade pizza.
